• Preparation and Pre-processing:
The products are pre-washed, chopped if necessary, and prepared for drying.
• Feeding:
The prepared products are fed into the drying tunnel in an orderly fashion via conveyor belt systems.
• Drying :
The products are dried using hot air circulation or low-temperature air streams for a specified time and temperature. This process is carried out in a controlled manner to preserve the color, aroma, and nutritional value of the product.
• Cooling:
Once the drying process is complete, the products are placed in special cooling sections where the temperature difference is balanced, making them ready for packaging.
• Classification and Packaging:
