Corn Processing Line
A corn processing line is an integrated production system that separates the husks from fresh or industrially grown corn, kernels are removed, cleaned, blanched, and prepared for packaging. Developed by Göztepe Makina, these lines offer high-capacity, hygienic, and fully automated solutions, creating an ideal infrastructure, especially for companies producing canned, frozen, or ready-to-eat foods.
By aiming for quality and product standardization at every stage, processes are applied that preserve the natural flavor, nutritional value, and structure of the corn. With its structure that increases efficiency, saves energy, and minimizes human intervention, Göztepe Makina's corn processing lines offer reliable, sustainable, and modern production solutions to businesses.

The corn processing line ensures that fresh corn undergoes an automated, hygienic, and efficient process to prepare it for industrial production. This line offers an ideal infrastructure for frozen food, canned food, and ready-to-eat food producers.
• Shelling:
Fresh corn is cleaned by removing its outer shell using special machines.
• Kernel Separation (Separating the Kernels):
Corn cobs are separated into kernels using special blade systems; the kernels are processed delicately without damage.
• Washing and Cleaning:
The separated kernels are washed with water to remove dust, corn silk, and unwanted residues.
• Blanching (Optional):
Depending on the product type, short blanching is performed; this process extends shelf life and preserves the corn's color. • Cooling and Draining:
The blanched corn is quickly cooled to the ideal temperature, then excess water is drained.
• Packaging or Freezing:
Depending on the target market, the product can be packaged directly or subjected to IQF (individual quick freezing) to become a frozen product.
Göztepe Makina's corn processing lines offer high capacity and product quality together, prioritizing efficiency and reliability in modern food production.
